DESCRIPTION:\nFree workshop \n\n\n\nHow can schools become increasingly safe, inclusive and respectful of diversity? What tools can support teachers, school leaders, families and education professionals in promoting the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in school settings?\n\n\n\nAs part of Rainbow Schools – – a European initiative that promotes a holistic approach to education for LGBTQIA+ pupils, with the aim of creating safe and inclusive learning environments – Rainbow Lab is a space for discussion and participation dedicated to building more inclusive educational communities.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline workshop to share ideas and co-create\n\n\n\nFriday 16 October 2026 | from 17:00 to 19:00\n\n\n\nonline \n\n\n\nDuring the meeting, we will involve you in discussions and feedback sessions on practical and theoretical resources dedicated to inclusive education and the prevention of bullying, discrimination and exclusion against LGBTQIA+ people.\n\n\n\nThe aim is to gather experiences, perspectives and practical suggestions to make these resources increasingly relevant, accessible and usable in different school contexts.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho is it for?\n\n\n\nThis workshop targets different stakeholders within the educational community, including:\n\n\n\n\nteachers and school staff\n\n\n\nschool heads\n\n\n\npupils\n\n\n\nfamilies, carers\n\n\n\neducators\n\n\n\npsychologists, educationalists and social-educational professionals\n\n\n\nsocial workers\n\n\n\nvolunteers from local associations and organisations \n\n\n\nprofessionals in public and social services.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy participate\n\n\n\nRainbow Lab will be an opportunity to discuss, test and refine tools and materials designed to support schools in promoting safer, more inclusive learning environments that respect diversity.\n\n\n\nThe active participation of those involved will enable us to gather practical feedback on what works, areas for improvement and the adjustments needed to make the resources more useful in different educational contexts.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow to join\n\n\n\nSign up for free (click here).
