DESCRIPTION:\nA morning of sharing and dialogue among women from all over the world, to reflect together on how to live more consciously and peacefully – both in our relationship with ourselves and with the people around us.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThrough conversations and practical activities, we will explore the theme of relational wellbeing, learning to recognise the roots and forms of emotional relationships, as well as their fragilities and consequences when they lack balance or fail to meet our needs.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramme:\n\n\n\n\nUnderstanding emotional relationships: roots, forms, and the consequences of unhealthy relationships.\n\n\n\nQ&A session: how to educate ourselves and others towards wellbeing in relationships.\n\n\n\nConscious and healthy interactions in practice – in collaboration with Marina Castanares, psychologist and sex educator.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us on 28 November 2025, at 10:00 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nat Spazio B-UNA, Arci Porco Rosso, Piazza Casa Professa, Palermo.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA welcoming space for everyone: the event will take place at Spazio B-UNA, where brunch will be served for all, and games, paper, pens, pencils, books, and childcare supervision will be provided for girls and boys.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn opportunity to share, learn, and take care of yourself – together.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe event is part of the DialoghiAMO Festival – Encounters of voices, bodies, and individualities, which opens its doors to all identities, professions, and interests, promoting the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and inclusion as concrete tools to counter all forms of violence and discrimination.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLocated in Palermo’s Albergheria neighbourhood, Spazio B-UNA is a space created by women and for women, where listening, guidance, and hands-on activities become tools for autonomy and solidarity. Born from the T-ESSERE PONTI and Reload initiatives, the space promotes encounters among women of diverse languages, backgrounds, and stories, valuing shared knowledge and experience. The initiative is promoted by CESIE ETS within the framework of the WISER project, co-funded by the European Union’s AMIF Programme.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout WeLENS\n\n\n\nWeLENS – Educational practices through a gender lens aims at combating gender based violence through information and storytelling, involving organisations from Italy, France, Greece, Martinique and Argentina.
