SUMMARY:SIM4CSOs Manual for social impact measurement
DESCRIPTION:\nCivil society organisations want to make a positive change in the lives of their beneficiaries, but often do not have the means to assess whether their action generates an improvement, especially in the long term. Would you like to discover new tools and methodologies for measuring the social impact of your organisation?\n\n\n\nJoin us at the Info Day on the SIM4CSOs manual for measuring social impact, which will be held on Friday 27 May, at Moltivolti (Via Giuseppe Mario Puglia 21, Palermo), from 4pm.\n\n\n\nDuring the event we will present the Erasmus+ project SIM4CSOs and the resources developed, with a special focus on the methodological manual for social impact measurement. This handbook aims to provide key knowledge and skills to civil society representatives, thus helping them to strengthen the effectiveness of their work and measure its impact by promoting a common methodology, encouraging the creation of synergies and increased cooperation between different stakeholders.\n\n\n\nThe handbook provides an introduction to key concepts related to social impact measurement and then sets out guidelines for effectively planning your own measurement model. In addition, it includes a practical tool to apply what you have learned and thus facilitate the creation of your own evaluation framework.   \n\n\n\nThe event will be an opportunity to exchange ideas, to discuss possible obstacles and difficulties, to rediscover good practices, starting from a reflection on the importance of measuring the social impact of civil society organisations and carrying out together some practical exercises offered in the manual.\n\n\n\nMeasuring social impact is becoming an increasingly important task, not only to enhance the level of transparency of one's work but also to effectively redirect future responses.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWould you like to participate in the event? Please register at the following link by Thursday 24 May:\n\n\n\n\nJoin us\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor more information, please contact Simona Sglavo: simona.sglavo@cesie.org ( mailto:simona.sglavo@cesie.org )\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the project\n\n\n\nSIM4CSOs – Social Impact Measurement for Civil Society Organizations is cofinanced by Erasmus + programme, KA2 – Strategic Partnerships for adult education.\n\n\n\nPartners\n\n\n\nHIGHER INCUBATOR GIVING GROWTH AND SUSTAINABILITY (Greece, Coordinator)CSI CENTER FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION LTD- CyprusCESIE – ItalyINOVA+ – INNOVATION SERVICES, SA – PortugalACT GRUPA-Cakovec – CroatiaCentrum Edukacji i Badan Spolecznych – PolandOSLOMET – STORBYUNIVERSITETE – NorwayMidot- Tel Aviv – Israel\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor further information\n\n\n\nRead more about SIM4CSOs, visita the project website measuringimpact.eu and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.\n\n\n\nContact Simona Sglavo: simona.sglavo@cesie.org ( mailto:simona.sglavo@cesie.org ).\n
