From the 12th to the 15th of March 2015 the kick-off meeting of “Gender equality through global capacity building” took place in Nijmegen (Holland); the project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (Key Action 2 – Capacity Building in the field of youth), involves 3 European organisations.
Aiming for inclusiveness and non-discrimination in schools, “Creating Educational Programs on Anti-Discrimination on a par with EU Standards”, alias the EDUPAD project, launched the first project meeting and study visit in January 2015 in Istanbul, the Turkish capital, and concluded the second study visit in March 2015, in Palermo, Italy.
TANDEM NOW is a Transfer of Innovation project in the framework of the European Leonardo da Vinci programmes and has been funded with support from the European Commission. The project ended on the 30th November 2014 and a Project Magazine has been published.

SecondChanceEducation.eu, the European learning platform for teachers and trainers, developed within the European DISCO – DIgital Second Chance Opportunities – project is kicked off. This knowledge and quality centre is designed to progress the learning of second chance educators working with NEET groups.
On 23rd and 24th of March 2015 CESIE held the first four sessions of the “Volunteers in Playwork” training of trainers course, in the framework of the ViPER project. To ensure quality of programme administration in delivering Master courses in Armenian and Georgian partner Higher Education Institutions an additional training for Faculty members has been offered to partner universities.
From March 9th to 12th, CESIE took part in a series of awareness-raising seminars which took place in Tunis, in the framework of the project TATRAC – Tissu Associatif et Transfert de Connaissance, co-funded by the ENPI programme – Cross-border cooperation Italy-Tunisia 2007-2013.
Between the 23rd of March and the 9th of May, CESIE will hold the pilot phase of its “Volunteers in Playwork” training course, in the framework of the ViPER project, funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme (Training of Innovation action) of the European Commission. The training foresees two 14-hour-long courses, aimed at initiating who already works with children or who would like to do so to the principles of free play of children aged 4-16.
From the 23rd to the 24th of February 2015 the coordinators of PC IMPRESS – Promotion and Capitalization of International Mobility Project to Reinforce Employability and Sociability System – met in Lublin (Poland) for the second meeting of this European project.
