The SMART literature review aims at developing an insight of the existing practice of measuring and evidencing success factors in second chance education. It highlights examples of good practice, identifying gaps and making recommendations.
The report is the outcome of a literature review carried out by the project partners in the following countries : (1) Denmark, (2) Ireland, (3) Italy, (4) The Netherlands, (5) United Kingdom, (6) Sweden. Each partner has conducted a review of practice and publications in their own country and European-wide.
Target: Teacher, trainers and educators working in second chance education, youth workers working with non-formal education, students.
