Why is it important to integrate storytelling and digital storymapping in educational processes?
In our experience, early school leaving can be prevented enhancing communication and digital skills among the younsters. For this instance, CESIE is looking for young people with a background of early school-leaving for a seminar in Palermo (Italy) within the European project Tell Your Story.
From 19th to 23rd of February 2018, from 14:00 to 17:00.
CESIE, via Roma 94, Palermo, Italy.
During the meeting, a group of 15-20 young people with a background of early school-leaving will share their life anecdotes about what led to their dropping out of the school system, and the consequences arising from this decision. They will exchange the digital stories and maps they produce in the project and engage in joint multimedia production.
In the end, they will get an official certificate and there will be the possibility to share their digital Story maps with the other young people from Austria, UK, France, Slovenia and Italy.
Participating to the training course is free of charge and CESIE will cover the meals.
