In Italy we still miss the definition of youth worker and how to help them improving the quality of their job: that’s why we have decided to question us on this figure with PAPYRUS – Professional Action and Practice for Youth Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
During the project, we released some products useful for youth workers working with young migrants.
We are pleased therefore to invite you to the multiplier event of the project on December 15 held in the Cloister of Santa Chiara.

PAPYRUS Multiplier Event

During the meeting we will introduce the comparative report on the good practices of training courses and workshops already implemented in Italy, Malta, United Kingdom, Serbia and Finland and the toolkits with activities for workers dealing with young migrants.
We will present also those people that tested the first training toolkit to share with you theirs first impressions.
Later then, some performances conducted by a group of unaccompanied minors that are participating in a multicultural programme.
At the end of the event there will be a refreshment.
PAPYRUS – Professional Action and Practice for Youth Refugees and Asylum Seekers is co-funded by Erasmus+ Key Action 2: Co-operation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices – Strategic Partnership in the field of YOUTH with the main aim to raise and sustain quality youth work in Europe by fostering strategies to combat segregation and discrimination of displaced youth.
