As Individual

Learning mobility experiences have proven to be one of the most effective sources for acquiring transversal and technical competences and an effective way to promote the lifelong learning approach.

CESIE’s actions are thus based upon a long-term approach and focus on inclusion, active participation, employability and entrepreneurship.

or transversal offices:

Active learning and “learning by doing” are the methods adopted during the internship experience. Interns will be involved from the very beginning in the activities, and will receive each time precise guidelines on assigned tasks. Each activity will be followed, monitored and assessed by a member of staff.

CESIE will follow the learning process of each intern through a constant monitoring process, offering regular support in order to ensure that interns acquire new skills during their experience.

Each intern will be supported by a tutor and will work in contact with professionals coming from different European countries, in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
